Attach clear reference images of the plush you’d like us to create in this conversation.

2️⃣ Evaluation & Pricing
We will review your request and confirm if we can make it. We’ll also provide the price.

3️⃣ Custom Listing
Once we finalize the details, we will create a custom listing for you to purchase.

4️⃣ Place Your Order
Order your plush and complete the payment upfront.

5️⃣ Progress Update
When your plush is ready, we will send you pictures. You will have 3 days to approve it.

6️⃣ Minor Adjustments & Shipping
We can make minor corrections before shipping. Once approved, we will send your plush to you.

7️⃣ Tracking Information
We will provide you with a tracking number so you can follow your package.

8️⃣ Delivery Reminder
Please keep track of your delivery. This is a hand-to-hand delivery—your plush will not be left at your doorstep. If needed, contact your local post office for assistance.
